Let us show you why we are passionate about Neurotherapy!

Lauren is a Board Certified Neurotherapist. Lauren became a true believer in Neurotherapy after she witnessed the profound effects it had on a close friend. Her friend, Barbara, a local acupuncturist, had a stroke and sought out Neurotherapy to help her heal. She found people who could help in New York. Barbara, after receiving several Neurotherapy sessions, was able to return to work—in two weeks! But the drive to New York from Delaware was becoming too much. So, she bought a simple two-channel neurofeedback system and asked Lauren to help her continue her own treatments. Seeing Barbara’s transformation set Lauren’s path to Neurotherapy into motion.

In February 2015, Lauren attended Neurotherapy training in California. It was during this trip that she decided to bring this state-of-the-art treatment to Delaware. When she came home, she left her well-established career as a pediatric physical therapist, and immediately opened Brain Love Neurotherapy. To this day, Lauren has helped a variety of clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and addiction. She has also seen clients improve their focus, memory, and retain peak brain performance as a result of her protocols and sessions.

Lauren believes in the power of Neurofeedback to teach injured brains how to heal themselves. She is active in the neurofield community and continues advancing her clients’ needs with the latest thinking and technology that Neurotherapy has to offer. Specifically, Lauren trained under Dr. Nicolas Dogris, Ph.D., BCN, creator of the Neurofield system. Dr. Dogris is considered a thought leader and innovator in the field of Neurotherapy. He owns and operates NeuroField Neurotherapy in Santa Barbara California with his wife, Dr. Tiffany Thompson. Their company is a leading provider of cutting-edge Neurotherapy equipment and continually provides education and innovative clinical treatments to support the advancement of Neurotherapy worldwide.

In the past couple of years, Lauren spoke at the following events and conferences:

  • Brain Injury Association of Delaware Annual Conference
  • Philanthropic Education Organization
  • Rotary Club in Millsboro, Deleware
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Support Groups of Sussex and Kent Counties
  • Easter Seals

Lauren completed her undergraduate work in psychology, receiving a B.S. from George Mason University. She continued her education and received her master’s degree in physical therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Lauren is a board certified Neurotherapist via BCIA.org.
