Strengthen your Brain with Brain Love Neurotherapy!
You're not alone.
Millions of people suffer from brain fog, loss of focus, or
just can't remember where they put their car keys (again).
Your brain may lack the fuel it needs or may not make the same
'connections' due to a head injury or illness.
It's not your fault. Your brain is resilient and can heal.
It may need a little juice to get you back on track.
Brain Love uses the latest advancements in Neurotherapy to
strengthen your brain. We do that by retraining your brain to
regulate itself and restore peak performance. Many of our
clients’ experience improvements in focus, attention, and
memory after our sessions.
Every brain has different needs. At Brain Love, we provide
customized solutions to help your brain make subtle changes
that improve brain function over time. Our
initial consultation
includes a comprehensive evaluation of your brain through
Brain Mapping. We do this by measuring your brain activity.
Don't worry it's painless! Doing so helps us develop a
plan that is right for you.
Types of Brain Waves
Brain waves are simply the communication between neurons within
our brain. These electrical pulses are the root of your
thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Brain wave speed is measured
in Hertz (Hz), or cycles per second, by placing sensors on your
scalp. The 5 types of brain waves delineate slow, moderate, and
fast waves but in practice are far more complex and reflect
different aspects when they occur in different locations in the
brain.
Gamma is a very fast oscillation that is expressed when we are using large scale brain network activity related to cognitive phenomena such as attention and working memory, among others.
Beta is the oscillation associated with being awake and performing cognitive tasks such as problem solving or decision making.
Alpha waves are expressed by the brain when we are calm, alert and taking in information.
Theta waves are associated with being drowsy or with light sleep. The earth gives off a theta wave.
Delta oscillations are expressed by the brain during deep sleep. Deep sleep is an important state for the brain to help a person wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.
